Against the power of Black Adam, convictions that do not bend
For Hawkman, protecting the world does not mean abandoning his principles. Beneath Carter Hall's armor, made of gravity-defying Nth metal, is a fighter who counters brute force with an equally formidable determination. In Black Adam (2022), directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, Aldis Hodge embodies this pillar of the Justice Society, confronted by the vigilante justice of the character played by Dwayne Johnson. Between his role as a mentor to the team's young members and his refusal to let Black Adam impose his methods, Hawkman defends an uncompromising idea of a hero. This McFarlane figure captures his appearance in the film.
