Shipping Policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping within Canada We ship anywhere in Canada through multiple carriers, including Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS. The carrier is selected based on the type of package and your region. Delivery times generally range from 2 to 7 business days.

International Shipping We also ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please allow between 7 and 21 business days to receive your order.

Customs Fees and Taxes For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any other applicable government fees are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Cinéma Passion is not responsible for any additional delays caused by customs procedures.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Missing Orders If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us so that we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
